Warranty Terms:

Our 20 days warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item please feel free to contact us immediately at our Support center.

 

Warranty Process:

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please resquest a return.

1. log in

2. Go to "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS".

3. Select the relevant order by clicking on the reference of the order.

4. Checkmark the product (s)specify the quantity to return the quantity column.

5. Then in the fields returned goods tell us the reason or reasons for the return.

6. Finalize your return by clicking the black button " generate a return".

Once you have made your request, our customer service will support the resolution back in the best delay.

We remind you that the return costs are at our expense and repayment is only as good shopping .

Warranty Compensation:

Items under the 20 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by our Customer Support Team, we will allow a return for a refund in voucher as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price.

 

Return Costs:

Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items.

 

Please Refer To The Following Return Policies:

Customer must return the package as per our instructions shipping address indicated on the R.M.A document and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if customer support team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to R.M.A instruction will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service for further advice.
